FLEMING COURT, JESMOND

This project was to construct a four storey, 63 bed care home, using traditional build techniques on vibro-piled foundations.

The site is totally enclosed; surrounded by offices, a Church and a new nursery school, in a mature area of Newcastle.  Access to the home is by a private shared access road.

Fleming Court is a flagship care home for the Group and provides for every need in the variety of bedrooms.  Inside, its fantastic facilities include a cinema café, bar, orangery, hair and beauty salon, whilst outside, residents can enjoy the sensory garden and bowling green.

The scheme was awarded a National Considerate Constructors Bronze Award.
