WILLOW BURN HOSPICE, LANCHESTER

We have successfully completed the 6 bedroom extension to in-patient facilities at Willow Burn Hospice, Lanchester.

The hospice comprised two separate buildings, one of which was extended and the other one, the original single storey in patient unit, was demolished on completion.

The 37 week scheme was a single storey, timber framed building with aluminum windows, sloping single ply roof with automatic Velux windows.  The 6 ensuite bedrooms have underfloor heating, and are comfortably fitted out, but are also equipped with all the essential medical equipment.

This scheme was successfully completed on time and within budget.
