MIDDLE DEEPDALE SCHOOL
We have successfully completed a new two form entry primary school close to the town of Scarborough which can accommodate 420 pupils. The project also consisted of the construction of a three class nursery and community room with a separate entrance to the school.
The site is surrounded by residential properties and a residential care home so traffic and noise management were key. Internally there are seventeen classrooms, three of which are Nursery rooms with the rest allocated for KS1 & KS2 pupils. Externally we created a large open space for play.
This scheme was started during the Covid 19 pandemic and our site remained fully operational and adhered to all government guidelines at all times for the duration. The Project was a 51 week programme and we completed this project on time and within budget in time for the new academic year.
