CENTRAL LODGE, STEWART PARK

We were selected as preferred contractor following a competitive tender exercise for the project at the Grade II listed Central Lodge in Middlesbrough.

The works were to sensitively restore and convert the former stable block into a principal teaching centre for some 450 college students, studying animal, environmental and agricultural subjects.

Working in close proximity to the existing visitors’ centre and café, within Stewart Park, safety is, as always, of paramount importance.  Great emphasis was placed on education; with involvement of University interns and numerous school and college visits.
