Considerate Constructors Scheme
BENNETT COURT CARE HOME, SOUTH ELMSALL
We have successfully completed a new 30 bedroom specialist care home in South Elmsall. The site is located within close proximity to the local school and college and also surrounded by houses so maintaining a safe, clean and tidy environment was key.
The External walling is a combination of Render and Masonry and the building spans across three floors. Internally there are lounges and dining rooms on every floor as well as a Therapy Room and Hair Salon. Externally we have created secure lawned garden spaces.
This scheme was a 48 week project which was completed on time and within budget. The site has planning for assisted living apartments which will be completed in the second phase. We were also awarded a Certificate of Excellence for this project from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
