Works have recently completed on Hamilton Springs, an existing Exemplar Care Home that has been standing empty for a few months. The home sits in the civil parish of South Elmsall, close to the market town of Pontefract, which provides residents with both the ease of the towns amenities as well as the peaceful surroundings of the West Yorkshire countryside.

The refurbishment took ten months to complete and has given the care home a much needed refresh both internally and externally, ready for new residents to move in. Floors were stripped and replaced, ensuite bathrooms rejuvenated with new walls and units, and bedrooms updated and redecorated.

On the outside, newly landscaped gardens have been designed with both green spaces and patio areas for residents to enjoy.

Hamilton Springs provides care for adults living with complex needs as a result from brain injuries, neuro disabilities, and mental health issues. The property comprises of 37 bedrooms spread across three, small purpose-built units which create a more homely, independent feel for its residents.
