What a way to kick off our 2025! We are so pleased to have been presented with a Quality Recognition Award by Premier Guarantee for our beautiful Manor House in Roundhay Park, Leeds.

Developed by Hadrian Healthcare for Anchor, The Manor House sits proudly in the peaceful setting of Roundhay Park. Residents can enjoy over 700 acres of rolling parkland which includes, woodland, lakes, gardens, and cafes. Completed in autumn 2024, this development has been thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on luxury. Our team collaborated closely with all those involved to deliver a distinctive and elegant structure that seamlessly compliments its beautiful surroundings.

The Quality Recognition Awards are awarded monthly by Premier Guarantee to developers who have been seen to be consistently delivering quality workmanship and site management. To even be in the running, a site needs to have reached the highest standards and scores over a six month period.

Risk management surveyor for Premier, Roddy Kennedy, said about the Manor House:

‘The site was consistently outstanding from the start. Site manager, John Canny, was very welcoming and respected by the entire site team. The roofing in particular was first class. Having inspected several homes in the past year, this one stood out in all aspects with a superb final product.’
