Works has just completed on Roseside care home in Liverpool, a specialist nursing care home for Exemplar Health Care.

This scheme was a refurbishment contract of an existing care home with works starting on site in August 2022 and was fully completed by late January 2023.

The home supports adults living with high acuity needs including complex mental health, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

The home includes 32 large, adapted bedrooms – each with an en-suite wet room – spread over four units.

The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, laundry, four assisted bathrooms, catering kitchen, offices, and staff rooms including an accessible sensory garden.
