Walter Thompson are delighted to present the completion of the stunning Manor House for Hadrian Healthcare Group, now operated by Anchor.

The Manor House proudly sits in the Roundhay Conservation Park, an area just outside of Leeds which is made up of over 700 acres of green space, woodland, a lake, sports clubs & playgrounds.

The build took just under two years to complete, with initial work beginning in February 2023 and finishing at the beginning of October 2024. The Manor House has been meticulously constructed and we worked closely with the architects, ARP Design, and structural engineer, JC Consulting, to create a building that would reflect the amazing space surrounding it. Light, spacious, elegant, it offers first class luxuriousness to its new residents. The home has sixty-five bedrooms over three floors as well as a wide range of impressive facilities including various public and private dining spaces, an outdoor terrace & balcony, beauty salon, landscaped gardens, and craft room, to name a few.

As with all our builds we always take sustainability into consideration and thus solar panels were installed, alongside combined heat and power units to reduce CO2 emissions. We preserved much of the original gardens, landscaping around established trees and hedges as well as introducing other native species.
