Works have just completed on Tees Grange care home in Stockton, a specialist nursing care home for Exemplar Health Care.

This scheme was a new build contract on a brownfield site with works starting in February 2022 and recently completing in March 2023.

The home supports adults living with high acuity needs including complex mental health, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

The home includes 30 large, adapted bedrooms – each with an en-suite wet room.

The home has communal dining and living spaces, laundry,  assisted bathrooms, catering kitchen, offices, and staff rooms including an accessible garden.
